We remind you that use of a blackpowder weapon or any edged sword or knife is inherently dangerous and requires strict observance of the rules which must be learned before you can take to the field.  These weapons are not modern weapons but dangerous  - they can shoot bullets BUT are also deadly shooting blanks.  All information developed within these pages or in the teaching of recruits at our training sessions are intended solely to help advance the hobby of cavalry reenacting safety using blackpowder and edged weapons with care.
